Hardcovers are typically printed and shipped within 7-10 business days before the shipping method timeframe comes into effect. Depending on the shipping method chosen, 2-3 weeks should be allotted from purchase to delivery on all print orders.

Returns Information:

A print-on-demand item is manufactured when the order is received. Due to the nature of the print-on-demand manufacturing process, we do not accept returns or exchanges on physical products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Digital Refunds:

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances, otherwise digital sales are final.

• Duplicate purchases: If a customer accidentally purchases the same eBook multiple times, we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase(s) upon verification.
• Technical issues: If the eBook file is corrupted or inaccessible despite reasonable attempts to resolve the issue, we will issue a refund or provide a replacement copy.
